Renovation of an educational facility in Iowa City, Iowa. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The project consists of installation of Vape Sensors within select restrooms at City High School, Liberty High School, Tate High School and West High School. The vape sensors are network devices and the network cables are provided by Others (ie. outside the scope of this contract). Bid security in the amount of five percent of the Bid must accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The successful bidder shall be required to provide performance and payment Bonds, each in the amount of 100 percent of the Contract Price within ten days after receipt of Notice of Award. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of forty-five (45) calendar days after the date of opening. Iowa City Community School District reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive irregularities and to accept that bid which is deemed in the best interest of the Owner.
