Tenderers must take into consideration that all requests for information and questions must only be made in writing to the attention of Mr. Jonathan Boucher, Director of the Director of Public Works and Technical Services, at the following email address: jboucher @sjdl.qc.ca . Bidders should take into consideration that any communication between another representative of the project owner or the project manager is strictly prohibited. All written requests must be sent no later than 4:30 p.m. on Thursday, June 28, 2022in order to allow the project manager to respond to all requests by addendum before the opening of tenders. Any requests received after this deadline will not be considered. The deadline for submitting a complaint regarding the tender procedure is June 27, 2022 . Only bids from suppliers or contractors with an establishment in Quebec will be considered. The Municipality of Saint-Joseph-du-Lac does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the tenders received. Moreover, it reserves the right to accept a submission in whole or in part. award is subject to final approval.
