Description

Site work and new construction of a service station / car wash facility in Menlo Park, California. Completed plans call for the construction of a service station / car wash facility; and for site work for a service station / car wash facility.

The owner has selected a Design Builder. The project includes relocating an existing dual-port EV charging station from the City Hall Public Parking to the enclosed Police Department parking lot. Electrical connections shall tie to existing conduits from the parking lot. The awarded bidder shall provide design and construction services to meet the project objective as highlighted in the following sections and Appendices of the document.
