**As of July 26 2022, the project received one bid from Capital Asphalt Services with a bid amount of $70,413.00. Quotes (informal bids) shall be accepted from qualified and experienced contractors to furnish all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, supplies, tools, Maintenance of Traffic and safety measures required to refurbish pavement markings on intersections in the City of Weston. Bid Bond None No Pre-Bid Conference Available Along with the bid quotes, all Contractors shall provide the necessary documentation to demonstrate that they meet the following qualifications: 1. Contractors shall have a minimum of five years of experience in work similar to the scope defined above for this project. 2. Contractors shall have been incorporated and in continuous operation for a minimum of the past five years from the date that this bid is issued. 3. Contractors shall be fully licensed with all required State and/or Local government licenses--copies of the licenses shall be provided. The City reserves the right to: 1. Award all or a portion of the services as determined to be in the best interest of the City. 2. Award to one or more than one Contractor as determined to be in the best interest of the City. 3. Reject any or all bids if found not to be in the best interest of the City.
