Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Clinton, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and for paving for a playground / park / athletic field.

The work will include but is not limited to the renovation of the one (1) existing tennis court at the park. The new court area will be striped for one (1) tennis and four (4) pickleball courts. The renovation shall consist of milling existing asphalt surface, removal and disposal of excess material, laser grading of the millings, new asphalt surface and base course, color coating, and striping on the court and adjustments to existing gates at the court. The contractor is responsible for providing all labor, supervision, trade skills, materials, and equipment required for this project as described in the Construction Documents. The Contract will allow 90 calendar days for completion of the work from the notice to proceed. A certified check or cashier's check made payable to the order of the Town of Clinton, or a duly executed Bid Bond, in the amount of ten percent (10%) of each bid, but in no case in excess of $20,000.00 must be deposited by the Bidder together with a Surety Consent evidencing that They can obtain the required Performance Bond. The successful Bidder will be required to deliver to the Owner an executed Performance Bond of a responsible indemnity company authorized to do business in the State of New Jersey.
