Saving Project...

Renovation of a fire / police facility in Longview, Texas. Working plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.

As of 7/20/2022, project is still in the evaluation phase. The City of Longview desires to enter into a contract(s) to provide turn-key furniture installation for the new Police Department. The new Police Department will be located at 518 West South Street, Longview, TX 75601. Delivery and installation will need to be coordinated with the General Contractors construction schedule. Any delivery fees shall be included in this proposal. Any assembly and installation necessary shall be done by the awarded contractor. Any and all associated costs shall be included within the cost proposal. Proposals that are company catalogues with a pricing structure will not be accepted. The intent is for the offeror to present a proposal complete with number of specific items, item placement and upholstery choice(s). Multiple upholstery choices are encouraged. This RFP is just for the furniture, not furnishings. Furnishings such as artificial plants, art work, and other decorative items are not included in this RFP Submittals received in the City Purchasing Office after the submission deadline will be considered void and unacceptable. The City of Longview is not responsible for lateness or non-delivery of mail, carrier, etc., and the date/time stamp in the Purchasing Office will be the official time of receipt. All questions or comments must be submitted in writing, preferably by email.
