The scope of work includes milling and resurfacing, installation of storm sewer, pavement markings, temporary erosion control, and maintenance of traffic as described in the full summary of work and shown on the attachments.The project is located along Summit Drive from Dixie Highway (US 25) to just south of Dixie Lane in the City of Crestview Hills, Kenton County, Kentucky. Last Addendum shall be issued on July 5, 2022 by 5 pm. The City of Crestview Hills (OWNER) reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. This contract is considered a Lump Sum Contract. The Owner Reserves the Right to negotiate with apparent successful bidder as necessary to meet the needs of the Owner. Small, local, minority and female-owned businesses are encouraged to participate. Each BIDDER must deposit with his Bid, security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders.
