The Agency often needs professional architectural and/or engineering assistance for small projects such as investigations, studies, reports, design of small projects, and related services. The aim of this RFQ is to identify A/Es interested in providing these services on small projects where the fee will be less than $80,000, in a timely manner, thereby reducing the Agency's cost and time for advertising and developing numerous RFPs, and generally to increase the Agency's efficiency in obtaining professional services. The purpose and intent of this RFQ is to solicit Statements of Qualifications for any and all such professional architectural and/or professional engineering services Statewide across Virginia; Any one or more of 40 community college campuses or other sites throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia Location of Work: Any one or more of the forty (40) community college campuses or other sites located throughout the Commonwealth. Period of Contract: Statement of Qualifications will be retained for a period of one year. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
