Requesting Qualifications for Architectural Design Firms for Winchester Fire Station 34 and Lakeland Village Fire Station 11 Expansion the County of Riverside (County) Is Offering an Opportunity for Architectural Firms to Submit a "Statement of Qualifications" (Soq) to the County to Provide Architectural Design Services to Expand the Winchester Fire Station 34 and Lakeland Village Fire Station 11 (Fire Stations 34 and 11) to Meet the Current Needs of the Riverside County Fire Department and the Communities of Winchester and Lake Elsinore. Specifically, the County Seeks to Qualify Firms With Knowledge and Experience in Fire Station Planning and Design. Each of the Stations Currently Has Single Room Open Sleeping Quarters Without Walls or Partitions. Riverside County Fire Would Like to Expand the Facilities to Include 6-8 2-person Sleeping Quarters, as Well as a Larger Kitchen and Dayroom. Both Facilities Are Intended to Be Designed and Constructed at the Same Time.
