The deadline for filing a complaint about the public body adjudication or award process is February 13, 2023. Bidders are required to comply with the contract management policy issued by the municipality of Saint-René-de-Matane. Tenderers must complete the declarations relating to said policy, which is attached to the tender documents and submit them to the Municipality with their tender. Only persons, corporations or companies holding a contractor's license and having their principal place of business in Quebec or, when an intergovernmental agreement is applicable, in a province or territory covered by this agreement, are eligible to bid. Tenders must be accompanied by a certified check issued to the order of the Municipality or a tender bond totaling 10% of the amount of the tender valid for a period of sixty (60) days from the date of opening of tenders.
