Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Morris, Alabama. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The project described above is a locally funded contract and compliance with applicable state, and local laws, rules and regulations is required. The Town requires Immigration status verifications. The Project consists of site work including grading, asphalt paving, striping, and other appurtenances as shown in the Plans and Specifications. This advertisement for bid and instructions for bidders can be found on the Morris Town Hall. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all bids. Each bidder must deposit his bid security in the amount not less than five (5%) of proposal with either certified check or satisfactory bid bond as well as completion of the Affidavit of Non-Collusion form attached. No bidder may withdraw his bid within sixty (60) days after the actual date of the opening on 7/12/2022 thereof or 9/10/2022. Questions will be taken until Wednesday, July 6th 11:30am CST and shall be submitted in writing by that date and time, so that any necessary addenda may be produced and issued to bidders.
