Renovation of a multi-residential development in Syracuse, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.

The Syracuse Housing Authority, Syracuse, New York, will receive bids for the restoration of the masonry facade of Fahey Court, a 3-story elderly housing development located at 100 Pastime Drive in Syracuse NY. Work of the project will be performed through a single prime General Construction contract. The Design Professional for the project is William Taylor Popli Design Group 450 W. Kirkpatrick Street Syracuse, NY 13204 Office: 315-463-4540 All bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes bearing on the outside the legend "Bid Documents", the name of the bidder, bidder's street and mailing address, bidder's phone number, the name of the project, and the date and time of the opening. If forwarded by mail, the sealed envelope containing the proposal and marked as above, must be enclosed in another envelope addressed to Mr. Marty Brunet, Facilities Manager, preferably by registered mail, and received on or before the stated time. All bids must be accompanied by a completed "Representations, Certifications, and Other Statements of Bidders", and each bid must be secured by a certified check, bank draft or properly executed bid bond in an amount equal to at least 5% of the entire bid and made payable to the Syracuse Housing Authority. Attention is called to the provisions for Equal Employment Opportunity, Minority and Women's Business Opportunities, and resident employment (Section 3) requirements, and Bidders shall complete and submit a MWBE Plan and Section 3 Plans with their bid. The minimum salaries and wages applicable to this project are set forth in the specifications. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality in or to reject any and all bids. No bidder may withdraw his proposal for a period of forty-five (45) days after the actual date of the bid opening. Contract No. 1 - Masonry Restoration 1. This contract will include Masonry Restoration work outlined on the contract documents including but not limited to masonry cleaning, paint removal, raking out and repointing mortar, stone crack repair, raking out and resealing joints
