Renovation of a municipal facility in Canton, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The work includes four specific tasks: Pressure cleaning of exterior precast in preparation for future re-coating. Surface preparation, prime and finish painting metal window frames. Surface preparation, prime and finish painting ornamental iron work. Surface preparation and re- staining of precast concrete (40 - square feet sample area only) For purposes of bidding, the finish paint color to be applied is Sherwin Williams Espalier SW6734. Once the project is awarded, the County would appreciate the assistance of the contractor in selecting the final paint color which may be a custom tinting to achieve as close of a match as possible to existing areas notbeing painted. All proposals must be accompanied by a non-collusion statement. St. Lawrence County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
