**As of July 28, 2022, project was awarded tO B & M Roofing of Colorado, Inc but awarded amount is not available.** Poudre School District (the "District") is requesting electronic sealed bids from professional and qualified Contractors to provide all materials and labor to complete the front roof replacement project at the District Warehouse #5 as provided in this Invitation for Bids ("IFB"). Question Acceptance Deadline 06/24/2022 04:00 PM EDT Questions are submitted online Yes Work included: Demolish and remove from the site those items so indicated on the Drawings and specified herein. B. The Work specified herein applies to the roof replacement project at the Poudre School District - Warehouse #5. The major demolition work items are as follows: 1) Replace Roofing: a) Remove down to the substrate and dispose of the roofing and sheet metal flashings not designated to remain. b) Remove and dispose of any items not designated to remain so as to facilitate with the installation of the new roofing system. c) Lift and reset mechanical equipment or other items as necessary to install the new roofing system. 2) General: a) During the work on the roof, collect material as it is removed and dispose of. Take caution that wind does not spread material. b) Make sure demolished materials do not plug roof drains. c) Make sure wind does not broadcast adhesives and asphalt. C.
