The Project and Work for the Project consists of all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary for construction of the project identified as Lead Water Service Replacement Project ("the Project"), all in accordance with the Drawings and Specifications prepared by the Design Professional. The Project must be substantially complete by the Date for Substantial Completion set forth in Section Q below This Project includes 400 lead water service lines to be replaced in multiple contracts consisting of 100 or 200 indvidual services. The work will be located within the City of Newark Council Ward One as depicted on the attached map entitled Project Area Map - Ward 1.PDF 2. Mulitple contracts will be issued by the Owner for constructing the Project(s), which will cover all scopes of work necessary to construct the Project. 3.
