Site work for a water / sewer project in Richmond, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

Construction of a 12-inch water line connection from existing 20-inch NFBWA Segment 4B to Fresh Water Supply District No. 2 Water Plant No. 2. Project includes but is not limited to approximately 1,080 LF of 12-inch water line by open cut and approximately 235 LF by trenchless construction, meter and control station, electrical and all necessary appurtenances for a complete project. Bids received after the closing time will be returned unopened. A Bidder submitting Electronic Bids must submit its Bid and bid securities in compliance with Owner's Order Adopting Section 49.2731 Electronic Bidding Rules and all Bids and bid securities must be submitted through portal. By submitting a Bid, Bidder acknowledges and agrees that the Contract Documents may be accepted, executed or agreed to through the use of an Electronic Signature in accordance with Owner's Electronic Signature Rules for Construction Contracts. A cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of 2% of the total bid amount must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide performance, payment and maintenance bonds for the full amount of the contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Please read the new Special Conditions of the Agreement Part A and be prepared to comply with same. Contractor is required to submit TEC Form 1295 (Certificate of Interested Parties) with their bid. The deadline to ask questions is 7/05/2022 10:00 AM CST Under this Contract, Contractor shall furnish all materials, appliances, tools, equipment, transportation, services, and all labor and superintendence necessary for the construction of the Work as described in these Technical Specifications and as shown on the Plans. The completed installation shall not lack any part that can be reasonably implied as necessary to its proper functioning or any subsidiary item that is customarily furnished, and Contractor shall deliver the installation to Owner in operating condition. The Work, in general, under this Contract includes the purchase, installation, and construction of all structures, equipment, and materials, including appurtenances, as indicated on the Plans. Major items of construction and services required are designated as follows: 1) Install water line, valves, valve boxes, flushing valves, fittings, and appurtenances; 2) Install meter and control station 3) Perform testing as specified on installed line; 4) Restore disturbed area at end of construction
