Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Saint John, New Brunswick. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a educational facility; fitness / recreation center; and for site work for a fitness / recreation center.

Construction of an eight-court indoor tennis facility near the G. Forbes Elliot Athletics Centre. TIMELINE: Plans are conceptual. The University of New Brunswick and the Fundy Tennis Association have signed a Letter of Intent to partner on the facility. Design and construction timelines to be finalized once adequate funding is in place. Further update may be available late 2025. Owner is Fundy Tennis Association; fundytennis@gmail.com.
