Site work for a bridge / tunnel in Schuyler, Nebraska. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel.
***NOTE: Posted documents are partial. Please contact the Engineer directly for complete plans and specifications.*** The project sites are located as follows: C-19(544) on Road Y between Road 3 and Road 4; and C-19(560) on Road 4 between Road X and Road Y, both in Colfax County, Nebraska. The projects are referred to as Colfax County 2022 Box Culverts: C-19(544) and C-19(560) and shall include all labor, materials, transportation and equipment required for the construction of; C-19(544) Triple 12 x8 x40 Concrete Box Culvert on a 0 degree skew; and C-19(560) Triple 12 x8 x42 Concrete Box Culvert on a 15 degree skew (lhb), and other related incidental work. Along with its Bid Proposal, each bidder shall submit an unconditional Bid Bond or Certified Check made payable to the County Treasurer of Colfax County, Nebraska, in an amount equal to five (5) percent of the Bid Proposal. Also, each bidder is to provide a Start of Construction date and an End of Construction date for each site with its Bid Proposal. The desired completion date for both sites is June 30, 2023. The Colfax County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to waive any irregularities in bids received. Award of the Contract will be in accordance with the County Purchasing Act s competitive bidding considerations as set forth in Neb.Rev.Stat. 23- 3110 to 23-3114
