Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Bridgewater, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

**As of August 17, 2022, Project has been awarded. Award amount is $501,954.85** Provide construction services for the entire length of Rosemary Drive, Walcutt Drive, Hickory Drive and Evergreen Drive from Rosemary Drive to Walcutt Drive. The scope of work includes milling and overlay of pavement with full-depth reconstruction where directed. Replacement of asphalt swales, installation of new inlets and reconstruction of existing inlets. The Project length for these 4 roads included in the Base Bid is approximately 3,300 linear feet. Improvements to Hamilton Lane involves milling and paving with select base repair. Sections of granite block curb, concrete sidewalk and aprons are being replaced to comply with ADA slopes along the west side of the road. Drainage structures will be installed upstream of the existing inlets. The project length for Hamilton Lane which is considered the Alternate Bid is roughly 700 linear feet. Bridgewater Township will evaluate the successful Bid and determine whether or not to award the construction services for the Base and Alternate bid or the Base Bid alone. Therefore, it is it the sole responsibility of the bidder to check the website from now through the bid opening. All bid results will be posted on the Township website. Bidders are subject to the provisions of the New Jersey Local Public Contracts Law, N.J.S.A.40A:11 1 seq. governing bidding requirements.
