Site work and new construction of a pre-engineered storage facility in Colstrip, Montana. Completed plans call for the construction of a 38,400-square-foot pre-engineered storage facility; and for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility.
The City of Colstrip will receive sealed bids for A 40x60x16 steel building with a concrete slab 18-inch thickened edge, 2 overhead doors on North Gabel end doors shall be 14x14 with openers, 2-man doors one on each end. Building shall be insulated with R32 in the ceiling and R25 in the walls, one large sized propane heater The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids received or any part thereof, to waive irregularities, to postpone the award of the contract and to accept the bid which is in the best interest of the City of Colstrip.
