Renovation of an educational facility in San Francisco, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
SCOPE OF WORK: Tenant improvements of existing spaces to create (n) prep room and resource center. Includes minor demolition, painting, modification of existing electrical, data, plumbing and new furniture. Addendum #1 has been issued as of 6-22-2022. Please note the following from Marvin Collins Construction: This is a Public Works project. All subcontractors must be DIR registered and are responsible for certified payroll reporting. Subcontractors are responsible for their own parking expenses. Subcontractors will be required to abide by UCSF COVID Protocols. Waiver of Subrogation will be required for workers compensation. Additional insured endorsement will be required for General Liability naming MCC and UCSF as additional insured. Marvin Collins Construction is Signatory to the Northern CA Carpenters Union. *The bid list for this project may be incomplete.
