a. Type 1: Fully Adhered Built-Up Roofing System o/ 1/2" Dens Deck over Base Sheet, o/ 3" Poly Iso over existing steel deck
2. Removal of sheet metal cover over existing platforms, installation of Fully Adhered Single Ply Roofing at AHU platforms.
3. Removal and replacement of existing flashings and counter flashings.
4. Removal and reinstallation of existing designated flashings and sheet metal.
5. Removal and replacement of new Air Handler Unit-1 on existing platform
6. Removal and replacement of new Air Handler Unit-2 over existing raised platform
7. Modification of existing transformer platform
