Delivery Point Ulster County Purchase Type Duration: 2 years Option: Three (3) 1-year extensions Question Acceptance Deadline 07/05/2022 05:00 PM EDT Questions are submitted online No The County of Ulster ("the County") is requesting Statements of Qualifications ("SOQs") for the professional service of environmental and engineering firms to perform environmental site assessment and site redevelopment work. Project will consist of characterization, assessment, cleanup planning and other related activities for sites in Ulster County, NY. The County is looking for firms with documented experience conducting Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs); working with NYS Department of Environmental Conservation; cleanup planning; brownfields redevelopment planning; legal work related to sites such as investigation and release of environmental liens; and reuse planning. To meet all required areas of expertise, firms are encouraged to enlist subcontractors if needed. Based on this solicitation, the County intends to select up to three qualified contractors to perform activities as needed. Once a series of sites or a planning activity is identified, proposals with a detailed scope of work and associated costs will be requested from the pre-selected qualified contractors.
