This Request for Supplier Qualifications ("RFSQ") is an invitation by The Corporation of the City of Vernon (the "City") to prospective respondents to qualify in accordance with Evaluation of Responses (Part 2) for eligibility to provide Professional Engineering Consulting Services as further described in the RFSQ Particulars (Appendix B) (the "Deliverables"). The City plans and administers a Rolling Four-Year Infrastructure Plan for renewal and improvements. The Four-Year Infrastructure Plan funds advanced studies and designs to strategically improve and sustain City infrastructure services based on the City's Asset Management Plan. Projects from the Four-Year Infrastructure Plan are placed on the Annual Infrastructure Program for implementation. The City intends to shortlist qualified engineering service providers through this Request for Supplier Qualifications (RFSQ), in order to deliver the Annual Infrastructure program. The latest revision of the Four-Year Rolling Infrastructure Plan is included in Attachment 1, to provide an example of future projects. Rectification Period Three (3) business days Deadline for Questions June 28, 2022 - 2pm Quote together with all other attachments as identified in the RFQ "Submission of Quotations", to be uploaded to the City of Vernon procurement portal (Bonfire). The City of Vernon reserves the right to accept or reject all or part of any quote, and to accept the quote in total or in part, or to accept the quote which it deems most favourable in the interest of the City of Vernon. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this time.
