The OWNER hereby reserves the right to waive any informality and reject any or all bids or to accept the one that, in its judgment, will be in the best interest of the OWNER. CONTRACT TIME The date of commencement of the Work shall be within five (5) calendar days of the date of Notice to Proceed.
