Renovation of a mixed-use development in Webster, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The OWNER hereby reserves the right to waive any informality and reject any or all bids or to accept the one that, in its judgment, will be in the best interest of the OWNER. A Bid Security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the Bid must accompany the bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. A non-collusive bidding certificate shall be included on each bid.This is a prevailing wage rate job. Thomas High School Field Scoreboard, Schroeder High School Field Scoreboard, and Webster Aquatic Center Interior Scoreboard and structural modifications. CONTRACT TIME The date of commencement of the Work shall be within five (5) calendar days of the date of Notice to Proceed. The Contractor shall achieve Substantial Completion of the entire Work not later January 31, 2023.
