For Parking Improvements at Colleen Loney Manor (CLM) Bids shall be on the forms provided for that purpose and according to the bid documents as prepared by the Dakota County CDA, or its representative. Bid security in the amount of 5% of the bid must accompany each bid in accordance with the Instruction to Bidders. Sealed bids shall be addressed to: Dakota County CDA 1228 Town Centre Drive Eagan, MN 55123 Attn: Vince Markell/CLM parking improvements The contractors may review the site on their own. This is a Davis-Bacon prevailing wage project. The CDA hereby notifies all bidders that in regard to any Contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (D.M.E.) will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids and / or proposals and will not be subjected to discrimination on the basis of race, color, sex, age, religion, or national origin. The Dakota County CDA reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein and to award the Contract in the best interest of the Dakota County CDA.
