Estimated contract duration without options (in month): 18 This call for tenders will make it possible to award three supply contracts (one per section) to suppliers for the acquisition and installation of different types of new furniture described in this Specification 2 - Specifications. The three parts are divided as follows: Part 1: Workstation furniture Part 2: Tables, filing cabinets and cabinets (including an additional acquisition option for a filing cabinet model) Part 3: Chairs and armchairs Suppliers can submit a quote for: the stream of their choice; all these parts. ESTIMATED DURATION OF CONTRACTS The contracts will begin on the date of transmission of the purchase order and will have a maximum duration of 18 months. PLACE OF DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION Delivery/installation of the deliverables must be made to the following address: Commission for standards, equity, health and safety at work 1650 King Street West Sherbrooke (Quebec) J1J 2C3 The unloading of the truck will be carried out entirely by the supplier. It should be noted that no unloading dock is available at the place of delivery and installation of the furniture. IMPORTANT: The landing stage is accessible via rue des Gros-Becs. Tenders sent on paper will be considered only if they are received at the drop-off point of the building on D'Estimauville Avenue. The opening hours of the CNESST offices are from 8:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 1 p.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday. Bids transmitted electronically can only be made through the Government of Quebec's electronic tendering system (SÉAO) and the documents it contains must be combined into a single PDF file. The supplier assumes full responsibility for the transmission of its bid. All documents received after the date and time set for the receipt of tenders will not be considered. Any breach of this obligation may result in the elimination of the supplier. Information on the procedure for receiving and examining complaints is available on the CNESST website In the context of this call for tenders, complaints must be submitted electronically no later than July 4, 2022. OTHER INFORMATION The CNESST does not undertake to accept any of the submissions received. The supplier must submit only one bid per section. The CNESST representative reserves the right not to consider a request for clarification made by the supplier and transmitted less than three working days before the deadline date and time set for the receipt of tenders.
