Remodeling of a municipal facility in Eugene, Oregon. Conceptual plans call for the remodel of a municipal facility.
Lane County is seeking comprehensive construction services to remodel a small storage space into a 4-person office space, and a small library into a single enclosed office, with an alternate to add electronic access control to three (3) doors. The Owner reserves the right to change the schedule or terminate the entire procurement process at any time. Bids are required for the entire work described in the Bidding Documents. Each bid must be submitted on the required form and be accompanied by a bid security in the form of a bid bond, irrevocable letter of credit issued by an insured institution as defined in ORS 706.008, cashier's check, or certified check, payable to "Lane County" in an amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the amount of the bid including additive alternates if any.
