Site work and renovation of an educational facility in Invermere, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
The project consists of removal of existing stucco and siding, building paper, windows and exterior doors and frames. Removal of all existing external electrical lighting and redundant services and replacement with new. Installation of weather barriers, wood strapping and insulation, new aluminum clad vinyl windows, metal doors, frames and hardware including automatic door operator, composite and metal cladding and flashings. Provision of associated interior wood trims and painted gypsum board. Work will include construction of a new feature roof canopy including structural steel and concrete foundations and SBS roofing membrane and flashings. Work includes all temporary services outlined in specifications including protective measures required to preserve existing structure, grounds, walkways and roadways. NOTE: Owner will engage an Independent Contractor to complete hazmat work prior to renovation Work of this Contract.
