Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Tower, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; playground / park / athletic field; road / highway; and road / highway.
This project is for the site development of a proposed RV park in Tower, MN. The project includes the reconstruction and widening of the existing gravel entrance road to accommodate two-way full size RV traffic, construction of a one-way gravel loop road, and the construction of forty-nine gravel RV camping pads. Roadway construction will also include culverts, erosion control, filter berms, and turf restoration. A separate project will occur generally at the same time to include the installation of water and sanitary sewer utilities throughout the project site. Water and sewer services will be brought to each RV site and connected to other proposed and existing utilities. Site Directions: The site is located approximately one mile west of downtown Tower on Marina Drive, north of Highway 169/1. Half a mile north on Marina Drive, the project site is to the northwest, down an existing gravel driveway entrance.
