Baltimore County is soliciting bids for the clean-up of derelict buildings and properties, located within the geographic boundaries of Baltimore County, Maryland. Services may include removal of junk/trash, mowing and trimming of grass, tarping of roofs, and boarding up of windows and doors. This solicitation provide for multiple awards. QUESTIONS AND INQUIRIES; ADDENDA. Any inquiries relative to this bid should be directed to Scott Mitcherling, the Buyer, at smitcherling@baltimorecountymd.gov The term of this contract shall be for one (1) year. The County reserves the right to renew this contract for up to four (4) additional one-year renewal options under the same terms and conditions. Baltimore County will automatically renew this contract on each option year unless notice is given to the vendor/contractor that the contract is not renewed. Due to the critical nature of this requirement, liquidated damages resulting from failure to meet the delivery date shall be charged against the vendor at a rate of $100.00 per calendar day for each day delivery is not made in accordance with the schedule. The assessed amount, if any, will be deducted from final invoice
