The Spring Independent School District ("District") requests competitive sealed proposals for the purpose of identifying a vendor(s) to supply Cafeteria Kitchen Equipment for cooking and holding to support the needs of the District, in accordance with the terms, conditions and specifications established within this Request for Proposals (RFP). An award recommendation will be made at the Spring ISD Board of Trustees meeting scheduled on August 09, 2022. If the award recommendation is approved, the term of this contract ("Contract") will be for one (1) year from August 10, 2022, through August 09, 2023 or to extend the contract on a month-to-month basis to prevent a lapse in the contract term until the District re-bids the Contract. The total estimated value of this contract is greater than $50,000, depending on the District's needs over the contract period.
