The work consists of providing the labour, equipment, materials and everything necessary to carry out the work, which includes, but is not limited to, the following works: 150 mm diameter aqueduct pipe; Removal of the existing sump; Installation of the new sump; Rain pipes of 300 and 375 mm in diameter; Pavement rehabilitation; Pavement marking; Stripping, salvaging, stockpiling and replacing topsoil; Seeding work; Water management; Maintaining traffic and signaling work. All including the usual accessories, the repair of existing works that must have deteriorated for the completion of the work, the restoration of the premises and the adjustment to private properties, as described in the tender documents. Under the law on public body contracts, the deadline for receiving complaints is June 30, 2022. The tender must be accompanied by a tender guarantee of an amount equivalent to 10% of the total amount (all taxes included) of the tender. The Municipality of Rivière-à-Pierre reserves the right not to accept the lowest or any of the tenders received. For reasonable reasons, the Municipality even reserves the right to reject them in whole or in part and to request new ones if it sees fit, without incurring any obligation of any kind towards the bidders.
