This request for proposal (RFP) outlines the nature and scope of the engineering and construction supervision assistance for the Sand Creek Near Channel Sediment Stabilization Phase V Project for Scott County Minnesota in Shakopee, Minnesota. Scott County (acting as the Scott Watershed Management Organization or Scott WMO) desires to retain engineering design and construction supervision support for near channel sediment stabilization efforts on Sand Creek. Vendors are asked to submit questions related to the specific project requirements and contents of proposal in writing by Tuesday, June 28, 2022 at 3:00 PM to: Ryan Holzer Water Resources Scientist 200 Fourth Avenue West; WMO Shakopee, MN 55379 rholzer@co.scott.mn.us Written responses to all questions received will be furnished through an addendum to all Vendors by Thursday, June 30, 2022 at 3:00 PM. Scott County reserves the right to reject any (or all) proposal(s) based on the evaluation criteria contained in this RFP. The County also reserves the right to cancel or amend this RFP at any time. Any changes in the status of the RFP will be brought to the attention of all parties that have received the same. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time As of July 11, 2022, the due date has been confirmed with the owner.
