Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Saluda, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
As of June 20, 2023, the project has been awarded. A timeline for construction has not been established as of yet due to some preliminary issues. Sealed Bids for the Phase II Contract 4 - Hwy 39 Booster Pump Station Construction will be received by Saluda County Water and Sewer Authority (SCWSA), at the SCWSA WTP located at 581 Shealy Road, Leesville, SC 29070. Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, material, transportation and other items required to perform all work necessary for the construction of a 700 gpm booster pump station on Highway 39 to serve Saluda County Water & Sewer Authority and Ridge Spring. The project shall include all sitework, piping, fittings, valves, appurtenances, and other items required for a complete functioning project as shown on the Contract Drawings and included in the detailed specifications. *Information regarding subcontractor bidding has not been disclosed to the content management team at this time. Interested subcontractors should contact the general contractor directly for more information.
