Site work for a water / sewer project in Corpus Christi, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The project includes but is not limited to: Replace the existing fence with a new 8' high, vinyl clad chain-link fence around the perimeter of the site except for the length of perimeter that is wrought iron. Provide fence extensions that extend over the existing bulkhead (24") to deter unauthorized access around the perimeter of the site along the existing saltwater canals. Replace gates with 12' wide x 8' high double swing gates. Provide a 4' wide x 8' high personnel access gate near the northeast corner of the plant for access to the area between the proposed fence and the saltwater canals. Fabricate new brackets to attached the existing wrought iron fence panels to the existing posts. Existing posts shall be prepared to remove rust and corrosion and painted to match the existing panels following the fabrication of the brackets. The existing non-functional antenna tower shall be demolished and removed from site. Includes two (2) additive alternates: Please provide separate pricing for each --- 8' vinyl privacy slats --- Clearing, grading and native grass hydro-mulch Project is located at the West end of Whitecap Blvd. near the Padre Island Yacht Club. Certified Payrolls will be required Scope of Work Work is described in general, non-inclusive terms as: 1.
