Site work and new construction of a museum in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the construction of a museum; and for site work for a museum.
The project is included in the City of Oklahoma Citys FY 2023 Capital Improvement Program (CIP). As of December 19. 2023, this project has been released for bid. The project was formerly named First Americans Museum Landing - Oklahoma River at the FAM (Ward 7) - City of Oklahoma City To bid on this Contract, the Bidder must be prequalified by the City of Oklahoma Citys Prequalification Review Board on the Bid Date and Bid Time as: Building Contractor B and/or Stormwater ContractorB. In addition, any work for which a prequalification classification has been established must be performed by persons or entities prequalified in those classifications. The prequalification classifications, and detailed instruction are available at https://www.okc.gov/departments/public-works/contractor-resources/prequalification. The prequalification application deadline for the project is 12:00pm, on the 10th day of January 2024. Although a firm timeline has not been confirmed, construction is not expected to start prior to March 2024. All potential bidders are responsible to read all Bidding Documents and submit questions in writing through the electronic bidding system by January 10 th , 2024 @ 12:00 p.m.
