Reference number : 1616727 Review Title : Paving of public roads in Pont-Rouge Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-06-29 Submission sent electronically accepted: No The City of Pont-Rouge plans to award a contract relating to paving, therefore the City launches the call for tenders Paving of public roads in Pont-Rouge - VPR-2022-04 . The tenderer who will be awarded the contract must perform it according to the tender documents produced by the City. The City does not undertake to accept either the lowest tender or any of the tenders received, and it declines all responsibility with regard to one or the other of the tenderers in the event of rejection of all the tenders. The contract is awarded by decision of the municipal council, at its sole discretion, and the City cannot be bound in any way other than by a resolution of its council. Tenderers must obtain the tender documents from the Electronic Tender System website. The fees are set according to the rates established by the Electronic Tender System . A bid security representing at least TEN PERCENT (10%) of the total amount of the Bid before tax(s) must accompany the bid. Performance and Material Bond 50% is required.
