Removal of debris 10.2 Demo Existing Floor Coverings a. Carpet, Cove Base b. Proper Disposal 10.3 Build new pony walls approx. 4' tall a. Frame walls using -3-5/8" Steel Studs b. Install 5/8 drywall on both sides 10.4 Finish New Walls: a. Tape, mud and float drywall on new walls b. Prime and paint walls to match existing c. Re-Finish existing walls in existing hall d.
