A timeline for award has not yet been established.** Provide all necessary labor, material and equipment for the replacement of the WHA Bridge Roof, having a total SF area of approximately 1,293 SF. The work shall include the removal of existing built up roof roofing down to the existing roof deck and replacement with a new fully-adhered, single-ply PVC membrane, including new vapor barrier, insulation, cover board and flashing. All work on this Contract is to be completed within 180 days after the date of the Notice to Proceed. No pre-bid conference and project walk-through will be held. No individual walk-throughs will be provided.
