Holley Center for Agriculture and Health located on the Cornell University Campus in Ithaca, N.Y. is contemplating a firm fixed price contract for the replacement of failed Chilled Water Coils. The contractor shall provide all supplies, personnel, equipment, tools, materials, and supervision necessary to replace the existing Chilled Water Coils as described on the Draft SOW attached. IAW FAR 36.204(b), Disclosure of Magnitude of Construction Projects, the estimated price range of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000.
