Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Rogers, Arkansas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
For Concrete Services at various locations within the City of Rogers as outlined below and set forth in the Bid Documents. The City of Rogers reserves the right to accept any bid, to reject any or all bids, or to waive any information in bids received where such acceptance, rejection, or waiver is considered to be in the best interest of the Owner. Proposals which fail to comply fully with any provision of the Project Manual and other Contract Documents may be considered invalid and may not receive consideration. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days subsequent to date of the opening of proposal without consent of the Owner. The City of Rogers encourages all qualified small, minority-owned, and women-owned business enterprises to bid on and receive contracts for goods, services, and construction. Also, the City of Rogers encourages all general contractors to subcontract portions of their contract to qualified small, minority-owned, and women-owned business enterprises.
