As of September 2022, all bids were rejected and the project has been cancelled. Willmar Public Schools ISD #347 invites bids for all sections for the Willmar Middle School and SWWC Addition and Renovation project located in Willmar, MN. The bids will be in accordance with bidding documents prepared by Hay Dobbs P.A. Bids will be received for separate prime contracts managed by R. A. Morton and Associates, LLC, Construction Managers. Each bid in excess of $20,000 shall be accompanied by a bid security of 5% of the maximum amount of the bid in the form of a Surety Bond, Certified Check or Cashiers Check. Each successful prime contract bidder shall furnish a Performance and Payment Bonds in the full amount of the contract if contract exceeds $20,000. Surety must be authorized to do business in State of Minnesota. Bids may not be withdrawn for a period of Forty Five (45) calendar days immediately following the date of receipt of bids. It is the intent of the Owner to take advantage of their tax-exempt status as a Minnesota Public Corporation to exclude state sales tax from material only bid packages and contracts.
