Without being limited thereto, the work includes mechanized patching, shoulder resurfacing work, marking work and various repair and other works necessary for the complete execution of the planned works. Only contractors who have requested the plans, specifications and tender documents on their behalf, whose principal place of business is located in Quebec, Ontario or New Brunswick, and who hold a license under the Law on the professional qualification of building contractors. For any additional information relating to the project, please contact the case manager by email at a.lamarre@municipalite.ange-gardien.qc.ca Tenders must be submitted in three (3) copies and be accompanied by the following documents: a bid bond equal to ten percent (10%) of the amount of the bid valid for a period of sixty (60) days including the commitment of the insurance company to provide a performance bond for the work as well as for payment for materials and labor. These bonds must be equal to fifty percent (50%) each of the cost of the bid. The deadline for filing a complaint about the public body adjudication or award process is June 30, 2022. The Municipality of Ange-Gardien does not undertake to accept either the lowest or the highest or any of the tenders received without incurring any obligation or any costs of any kind towards the tenderer(s). This call for tenders is subject to the Trade and Cooperation Agreement between Quebec and Ontario (ACCQO), the Agreement on the Liberalization of Public Procurement in Quebec and New Brunswick (AQNB) and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
