Project Address: 301 South Main St. Miami, OK The current store will remain open while the new one is being built. Once the new store is complete, the old store will need to be removed. The bid will need to include removal of the old store. The new Otter Stop will be built behind the current store approx. 90 ft. from the island of the gas pumps. It will be approx. 80 ft. x 50 ft. with a shed style roof line. The front will have gable style front porch entry. Energy efficient building materials, techniques, and systems will be used to conserve energy and reduce operating costs. Materials that will conserve energy include high R-value and radiant insulation, pipe wraps, tankless hot water heaters, thermal windows and doors, energy-saving heating and cooling systems, and Energy Star appliances and, to the greatest extent practical, to purchase products made in the USA. Whenever possible, green and healthy design standards will be used during construction. The project will also incorporate universal design features that exceed standards required by the American with Disabilities Act to promote visibility and personal self-sufficiency. Contractor will be responsible for get all permits required by the City of Miami and handling the project turnkey. Native American preference is given.
