Site work and paving for a road / highway in Mineral Wells, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Project shall include removal items, roadway excavation, cement stabilization, asphalt pavement, concrete valley gutters and curb and gutter. Proposals shall be addressed to Peggy Clifton, City Clerk. Any bid proposal received after 2:00 p.m., on July 6, 2022, will be returned unopened. Proposal envelopes shall be labeled 2021 STREET RECONSTRUCTION PROJECTS-GROUP B. No bid may be changed, amended or modified by fax, e-mail or otherwise after the above time and date. A bid may be, however, withdrawn and resubmitted any time prior to the time set for receipt of bids. The bidder will promptly enter into a contract and execute bonds and insurance as outlined in the specifications and Instructions to Bidders. The City of Mineral Wells reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any formality in connection therewith The time established for the substantial completion of this project is 150 Working Days and final completion within 180 Working Days
