Site work for a mixed-use development in Drumheller, Alberta. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The main items of Work of this Contract include the following: .1 Raising of existing Dike C - North Drumheller Grove Plaza Dike with impervious fill. .2 Constructing concrete block retaining wall on the landside of the dike raise. .3 Remove and replace existing riprap on the Dike water side face. .4 Relocating existing chain link fence to property line. .5 Constructing timber stairs and handrail from Dike C to Travelodge. .6 Raising two (2) existing manholes. .7 Installing one (1) new manhole. .8 Relocating one (1) existing catch basin and installing one (1) new catch basin. .9 Install an asphalt pathway near Gordon Taylor Bridge to reconnect the existing bike pathway system to the bridge. .10 Installing a rock retaining wall c/w handrail on the water side edge of the asphalt pathway. .11 Replacing an outfall inlet grate at the downstream most outfall. .12 Constructing a emergency access ramp and turnaround to the dike crest near the downstream end of the dike. .13 Landscaping including topsoil and seeding. The Site of the Work of this Contract is located in Sections NE and NW 11, Township 29, Range 20, West of 4th Meridian, in the community of Drumheller, Alberta. The municipal address is: 105 and 240 Grove Place, Drumheller, Alberta.
