Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Harrison, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the construction of a 16,002-square-foot educational facility; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
As of June 19, 2023, the project has been awarded. Construction is expected to commence in July, 2023, however, a timeline for completion has not been confirmed. No further inquiries to be accepted. Sealed Bids for the construction of a new grade school classroom wing, and a new auxiliary gymnasium, of which will be an addition to the existing Middle/High School in Harrison, Nebraska. The physical address is 435 Kate Street, Harrison, Nebraska 69346. Approximately 16,002 square feet of new building space, to include all facets of building construction to be used as classrooms, a gymnasium, and restrooms. There will be site work that will include a new playground area for the grade school as well as a substantial regrading that will be required. The building structure is primarily of a masonry design with steel support structure. A fire suppression system will be part of the new addition. Bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) unqualified of the amount of maximum Bid price shall be required with each Bid. No Bidder may withdraw his Bid within 45 days after the actual date of the opening thereof Right is reserved in the interest of the Owner to reject any or all Bids and to waive any informality in the Bids received *This project has been awarded and all trades have been let.
