The HIGGINBOTHAM HEADWALL REPLACEMENT (DR21-02) project consists of the following: remove & dispose of existing wing walls & debris, furnish & install seal slabs, construct wing wall, furnish & install select fill around wing wall, furnish & install rock rip rap, furnish & install flowable fill for rip rap and furnish & install topsoil and hydro mulch for all disturbed areas. The BROADWAY WINGWALL REPLACEMENT (DR21-03) project consists of the following: remove & dispose of existing & debris, furnish & install seal slabs, furnish & install 48 headwalls, furnish & install 48 RCP, furnish & install select fill to extend slope, construct concrete flumes for cross drainage, furnish & install rock rip rap, furnish & install flowable fill for rip rap and furnish & install topsoil and hydro mulch for all disturbed areas. Contractor can bid one project or both projects together (See Section 01 23 00 Alternates). Owner will select the low bidder for each project individually. Notification of any revisions to the bid documents will be issued through the website. The Bidder is responsible for periodically checking the website for revisions. Printed Copies will be not made available. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, including without limitation, nonconforming, nonresponsive, unbalanced, or conditional Bids.
