Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Caledon East, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; water / sewer project; and sidewalk / parking lot.
This Contract is for the provision of all labour, materials and equipment necessary for the supply and full installation of approximately 304m of 525-750mm diameter storm sewer, including maintenance hole, headwall and inlet structures on Airport Road at Finnerty Sideroad. This Contract will also include installation of a bioswale infiltration gallery. The work to be done includes, but is not limited to, removal and replacement of steel beam guide rail, armour stone retaining wall, fencing and various types or surface restoration including topsoil, sod, granular shoulders and roadway asphalt. This Contract is also for the provision of all labour, materials and equipment required for the removal and disposal of the exiting 800mm Dia. CSP pipe and the installation of 1200mm Dia. HDPE pipe. The work to be done include, but is not limited to, guide rail removal, asphalt removal, excavation, and various types of surface restoration including topsoil, sod and roadway asphalt.
